BACKGROUND
The task to brand a former film set seems like a dream come true, but with the location in a low-profile area, and having both apartments and townhouses, we still needed to ensure the property’s appeal outweighed this potential hurdle.
Several of the apartments sold pre-completion and the rest followed soon after which made this project music to the client’s ears.
SOLUTION
We made the most of the building's rich creative history, where Ken Colyer brought New Orleans jazz to London. We knew the jazz angle would strike a chord with our target audience – those looking to move into the city's vibrant heart and enjoy the area’s cultural clout.
We commissioned a very special photographer and Japanese illustrator to set a pitch-perfect tone for the apartments. The free flowing 'parallax website' perfectly reflected the apartments’ fluid design.
