Positioned between Grosvenor Square and Claridge's on central Mayfair's sole gated street, Three Kings represents an exclusive, premium development in one of London's most distinguished addresses. Given the exceptional location combined with the sophisticated apartment specifications and amenities, the marketing and branding strategy needed to serve as a complementary framework for this development, allowing the property itself to remain the central focus.

SOLUTION

With Three Kings being the only gated road in Mayfair, its entrance gates provided the creative foundation for both the logo and visual elements. The brand identity aligned seamlessly with the interior design's colour scheme and aesthetic. Meticulous attention was paid to every component, including a fabric-covered brochure which, matching the developer's logo, was proportioned according to the golden ratio (1:61).
