Two computer screens displaying website pages for ChinehamPark. The left screen shows a group of three people talking, with text 'A place to work.' The right screen shows a cafe counter with two staff members, a pizza, and icons for meeting rooms, coffee, hot desk, and flexible working.

BACKGROUND

We collaborated with Frasers Property on two office buildings in Chineham Park. We soon noticed the park's outdated image was hindering business, especially with a new business park in town. It became clear that we needed to revamp the park's positioning to appeal to prospective tenants and make it more relevant in the current market.

Eight images of brochures and promotional materials for a business or community space, including two open brochures with text about park life and vibrant community, a modern office building, and a person working on a laptop outside in a park.

SOLUTION

Prior to the positioning we needed to agree the roles of each of the brands within the park so developed their brand architecture.

We the re-positioned Chineham Park as 'a place to thrive', both for businesses and employees. Following this, we updated the visual identity to create a more contemporary and energetic feel, including a versatile brand asset for use across various elements.

For the website, dynamic content was crucial to digitally enliven the brand, so we created a series of short films. We then redesigned the site, incorporating additional features to modernise it.
