CONVERSION OF A FORMER FILM STUDIO INTO APARTMENTS AND TOWNHOUSES IN BATTERSEA, LONDON

Web page displayed on a laptop screen showcasing a film studio's history and featuring photos of three people, including a man with blond hair and a woman speaking at a film set.

BACKGROUND

The task to brand a former film set seems like a dream come true, but with the location in a low-profile area, and having both apartments and townhouses, we still needed to ensure the property’s appeal outweighed this potential hurdle.

The image shows two identical horizontal banners for the production "The Fifteen & Four" presented by Chameleon London, with details about the show, actors, and contact information.

SOLUTION

Striking the right balance between the building’s celluloid heritage and the apartments’ modern design was critical.

The brand needed to stand out, while also ‘framing’ the product. Drawing on some interesting film history of the building, striking branding, films and of the time cutting-edge tools like virtual reality, The Set became a box office hit.
